Virtual Ceremony - Portal URLs

There are two URLs located at the top of your Admin Portal: Virtual Ceremony URL, and Internal URL.

  1. The Virtual Ceremony URL is the public link that can be shared with graduates and guests. If your ceremony start time has not yet arrived, they will see a note telling them when the page will open.
  2. The Internal URL is to view your final, published site, and will bypass the date block in the link above.
Important: If you click on one of the above links in your virtual portal, and do not see graphics and something looks broken, don’t panic! It just means your site is still being worked on. Please use the Preview function to view and edit your site in the meantime.
