VIP & Reserved Tickets




VIP or Reserved Tickets can be issued for university administration guests such as personnel, special guests, and VIPs. The Reserved Ticket Layout tab functions the same way as the Ticket Layout tab. It is important to note that Reserved Tickets are not linked to any individual student’s record, so only ceremony-specific placeholders, like Ceremony Location or Day & Time, should be used. 

Customize the VIP Ticket Email Template

Reserved Tickets can be sent directly to guests via the Reserved Tickets tab. Before sending reserved tickets, make sure to update the Automated Ceremony Email Template titled "Administrator Sent VIP Ticket" in the Communication Manager.

Sending Reserved/VIP Tickets

To add reserved or VIP tickets, start by navigating to the Reserved Tickets tab. For sending tickets individually, click the Add Reserved Ticket button, where you can specify the number of reserved tickets needed and select an email address to send the tickets for printing. For a bulk upload, click the Download Reserved Tickets Template button, which will generate an Excel sheet where you can enter VIPs' email addresses and ticket quantities. Once you have completed the Excel sheet, upload the file by using the Upload Reserved Tickets button.
