Troubleshooting the MarchingOrder Ticket Scan App


If you are having issues with your Ticket Scan App, there are a few things to look out for:
  1. GradPass event IDs include the ceremony ID number plus the letters “GP”. 
  2. Confirm that your ticket scanning devices are logged into the app using the appropriate event ID and try again. 
  3. Ensure you have the newest version of the app installed - delete the app and reinstall.
