Selecting Different Template Backgrounds in MarchingOrder Director


If your ceremony includes multiple lower-third or full-screen background designs, it is crucial to select the appropriate background design when adding or modifying a graduate in the MarchingOrder Director.

Steps to Select a Background Design

  1. Access Graduate Record: In the MarchingOrder Director, navigate to the graduate's record you wish to add or modify.
  2. Select Lower Third Background: In the Lower Third section of the graduate's record, click on Choose File next to the Lower Third Background field.
  3. Choose the Correct Background
    1. This action will open the Templates folder. Browse and select the appropriate background design.
    2. Once selected, click Open.
  4. Save Changes: To save the graduate's record, click Modify Student.
  5. Verify Background Selection: Select Begin Ceremony Display to test and ensure the correct background is now displayed.
By following these steps, you can ensure the correct background design is applied to each graduate's record, maintaining a consistent and professional appearance throughout your ceremony.
