Scanned Tickets FAQs

Q: How do I access the scanning interface?

A: Click the Scan Now button next to the ceremony you wish to scan tickets for.

Q: What do I do if my scanner isn’t working?

A: Check that the scanner is properly connected and that the ticket is in good condition.

Q: Can I see past scans?

A: Yes, by clicking the View Scans button after scanning, you can see the details of each ticket scanned.

Q: How do I export the scan details?

A: Click the Export button on the View Scans page to download a CSV file of the scan data.

Q: Can I clear scans for a past ceremony?

A: You can only clear scans for the ceremony currently selected.
