The toolbar is designed to provide flexibility in aligning your GradPass with your school's branding, as well as the specific needs of your event team and graduates. By hovering over each icon, you'll see a brief description of the tool and its functionality. Remember to click Save Layout frequently to preserve your changes.

Inserting Placeholders

Placeholders (highlighted in yellow) allow you to add specific ceremony and graduate details to the GradPass, such as ceremony dates, graduate names, or degree types. MarchingOrder provides common ceremony placeholders that automatically pull from your ceremony data.

When you copy ceremonies, placeholders will automatically update to reflect the new ceremony's graduate data, streamlining the process and reducing the need for manual edits. Placeholders are particularly useful for managing multiple active ceremonies simultaneously and can save considerable time in future events.
