Guidelines for All Ceremonies: Troubleshooting Checklist

If you are having issues Identifying the issue you're running into, review the following:
  1. Make sure your ceremony display laptops are set up and tested according to the Ceremony Rehearsal Checklist
  2. Make sure your laptops are set to allow applications downloaded from the internet. (Some security settings will prevent the MarchingOrder Director from successfully launching or outputting audio-visual signals to your media switcher.)
  3. Disable any additional security and/or display controlling software that may interfere with the performance of the software on the laptop.
  4. Do all of this before the ceremony, so you know your laptop and your backup laptop are tested and ready to go.
