The MarchingOrder Assistant Dashboard is a handy, organized workspace where you’ll find all the tools you need to coordinate your next ceremony with ease. Featuring progress trackers, training materials, and a checklist of upcoming tasks and deadlines, the Dashboard automatically refreshes with important information, giving you more control over your project.

Upon logging in to the MarchingOrder Assistant website, you will arrive at your Administrator Dashboard. This central hub is packed with all the tools you need to manage your graduate database, registration form, and email communication with graduates. The Dashboard helps you keep your ceremony plan on track by providing a convenient summary of your planning progress, allowing you to:
  1. Monitor a step-by-step visual timeline of your progress toward the ceremony.
  2. View important dates (full timeline).
  3. Receive notifications of upcoming deadlines and tasks, along with training materials to assist you at each step.
  4. View and confirm important display, recording, and card/label details.
  5. View and approve card proofs for print.
  6. Access and download final ceremony files.

The Dashboard also reduces the number of project status emails we need to send you, giving you more time to focus on providing your graduates with the moment they deserve. Less process, more pomp and circumstance!
